The 2009/2010 season is all over as far as matches are concerned, all that’s left now is the Presentation Night and the AGM.

The Presentation Night will be held at Monks Road WMC on Friday 4th June commencing at 19:00. A comedian will be your form of entertainment for the night, so even if you don’t have a trophy to collect it’s a good excuse for what should be a good night out.

The date of the AGM has been rescheduled and will be confirmed at the next committee meeting. E-mails will be sent out on Thursday 13th May to everyone for notification.

The Junior Snooker was the concluding match of the season. It was won by Aaron Baker of Post Office when he defeated Craig Moss of Brant Road 3-2.

The previous night saw 4 finals being played at Moorlands & Railway Club with the Individual League Championships being contested on the two table set-up.

Division 1: John Gratrick 3-1 Steve Lambert

Premier League: Matt Lee 3-2 Rob Hall

The Snooker Team Handicap was won for the second year running by Lincoln Snooker Club A. They beat Civil Defence A in the final giving them a +210 start.

Daren Doughty and Gavin Whittle made it two trophies in 24 hours by winning the Senior Doubles title, beating Lee Applewhite and Danny Whittaker 3-1 in the final.
